Emotional Look At UFC 216: The Thrill & The Agony






It was an emotional start to the month for everyone in Las Veas and the Ultimate Fighting Championship which held UFC 216 at T-Mobile Arena on the Las Vegas strip just days after a lone gunman reined gunfire down onto an unsuspecting crowd of concertgoers.
Two Saturdays ago, the week was capped off with the pay-per-view event, headlined by two title fights.
In the co-main event, Demetrious Johnson defended his flyweight title for the 11th time, setting a new UFC record for consecutive title defenses. In the main event, Tony Ferguson got his taste of UFC gold by claiming the interim lightweight championship.
But there is more that goes into the fights and the aftermath leaves one camp devastated while the other celebrates across the cage.
