Marshawn Lynch may have been suspended one game by the NFL for shoving an official, but he’s not letting that stop him from getting in some reps and staying ready.
On Thursday, Lynch took to social media to share a video from his old high school, Oakland Tech.
In the video, Lynch puts on his helmet and pads and joins the team’s practice. Predictably, Lynch steamrolled through the high school defenders with ease. At one point, it took three kids to bring the Oakland Raiders running back down.

We don’t know for sure that the video was filmed this week, but let’s just pretend that it was because that makes Marshawn Lynch’s suspension even more hilarious than we could have imagined.
