Earlier this month, Cole Kelley was arrested for suspicion of DWI, violation of implied consent and reckless driving. He was then suspended by the Arkansas football team before being reinstated on Nov. 20.
Kelley was pulled over in the wee hours of the morning after striking the curb in his truck. The quarterback then refused a breathalyzer test before being arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center.
On Wednesday, Fayetteville police released the dash cam video from his arrest.
