Carolina Panthers star Cam Newton has not forgotten his college years.
And on Wednesday, ahead of this weekend’s rivalry game between the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide and No. 6 Auburn Tigers, Newton represented his former squad at his weekly press conference.
Newton walked to the podium in his Auburn shirt, where he led the team to a BCS national championship, Heisman Trophy, Maxwell Award, Walter Camp Awardand Davey O’Brien award in 2010 before going on to become the No. 1 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.

Kickoff for the 2017 Iron Bowl is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
