WATCH: Tua Tagovailoa Throws Game-Winning TD In OT

A star was born on Monday as Tua Tagovailoa led the Alabama football team to an epic second half comeback to win the College Football National Championship Game against Georgia with a 41-yard walk-off TD in overtime.
Tagovailoa started the national championship on the sideline, before Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban rolled the dice to start the second half and called on the true freshman.
After a three-and-out to start the second half, Tagovailoa found his rhythm and never looked back.
Tagovailoa was named the game’s Offensive MVP after finishing the national championship with 166 yards passing, 27 yards rushing, three touchdown passes and just one interception.
