One of the most important days of the college football calendar is here on Wednesday, with National Signing Day 2018 set to take place.
A number of top-ranked recruits will be announcing their decisions throughout the day which will shape the futures of many programs. National Signing Day has the ability to make or break a program moving forward.
As we enter the day, a number of familiar faces find themselves with the top recruiting classes in the nation, but anything can happen throughout the signing period that could drastically shake up the landscape of the recruiting world.
The Georgia Bulldogs sit atop the rankings as of Feb. 6, with the Ohio State Buckeyes sitting close behind.
Tom Herman’s Texas Longhorns have been excelling on the recruiting trail and find themselves with the No. 3 recruiting class, while the defending national champion Alabama Crimson Tide are at No. 4.
Penn State rounds out the top five.
