LiAngelo Ball is currently preparing for this week’s NBA Draft. The former UCLA basketball player has faced a long road to get to this point, with a shoplifting incident prematurely ending his time in Los Angeles and ultimately forcing him to head overseas to Lithuania to resume his career before attempting to make it in the NBA.
But while LiAngelo would like to put the past behind him, Foot Locker is doing its best to poke fun at the incident.
In a new ad titled “One and Done” from Foot Locker, LiAngelo Ball can be seen promoting a new t-shirt for the cool price of $29.99. That’s when the ad decides to take a crack at ‘Gelo for snagging the Louis Vuitton glasses that led to his detention in China.

LiAngelo will learn whether he will be drafted or if he will continue to face an uphill battle to make the league when the 2018 NBA Draft takes place on Thursday, June 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
