Colorado State Rams

Colorado State added a vibrant “Aggie Orange” to their uniform for Week 4, their dark green will remain consistent.

Green represents the school’s agricultural roots dating back to its founding in 1870 as the Agricultural College of Colorado, is a reminder of the tree-lined Oval and mountainous campus and most importantly, echoes CSU’s outstanding commitment to sustainability initiatives.

While Colorado State changed its name and mascot, they continue to pay homage to the past with the Aggie “A” sitting on a hill above Hughes Stadium. The school’s current mascot, CAM the Ram, was named using an acronym for the former university title “Colorado Agriculture and Mechanical College.”

From the official release:

While inspired by the 1990 national champs, the uniforms integrate the innovative look and feel that adidas has brought to Georgia Tech this fall, utilizing the same state-of-the-art materials and design elements of the Yellow Jackets’ previously unveiled 2018 uniforms.
