Lonzo Ball Speaks To Media About Big Baller Brand Situation

The Lonzo Ball and Big Baller Brand dilemma will not go away. On Wednesday after the Lakers loss, Lonzo spoke to the media for the first time regarding the allegations surrounding BBB co-founder Alan Foster.
Lonzo spoke upon his relationship with Foster. He stated “We just put so much trust in him. So, when that came out in October – like I said, he’s like my second dad – I just talked to him and I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it when he gave me his story. Looking back at it, obviously I wish we would have jumped on it back in October. But I’m glad we still caught it.”

With the allegation stemming back from October many wonder why the situation took so long to be handled with. Many criticize Lonzo’s father Lavar for his poor parenting and lack of urgency to deal with this current catastrophe.
However, Lonzo continued on and had a positive outlook on the whole situation. He stated “Nothing’s perfect. Life is full of ups and downs. Obviously it hurt me just because of a lot of stuff I’ve been through with him, a lot of decisions he’s made on my behalf. It hurt. It hurt a lot. I’ve known him since I was like 12. It kind of hit me. But I’m over it now. I’m trying to stay positive and move on to bigger and better.”
With Lonzo moving on to “bigger and better” many wonder if his father’s company will still be apart of his future. There is growing speculation that Lonzo will move on from his father’s company and join Nike.
Whatever Lonzo chooses to do its nice to see how he has matured through his father’s mistakes.
