Kirby Smart and the UGA football program continue to win big on the recruiting trail.
On Thursday night, the Bulldogs received a commitment from four-star running back James Cook. If the name sounds familiar, that is because Cook is the younger brother of former Florida State star Dalvin Cook.
Cook was previously committed to the Seminoles, but ultimately decided to re-open his recruitment which led him to Athens.
The 5-foot-11 Miami Central standout chose the Bulldogs over offers from programs like Alabama,Auburn, Florida, LSU, Miami, Michigan and more.

Cook is the No. 3 running back prospect in the nation and the No. 5 overall recruit in the state of Florida.
He becomes the latest top recruit to choose the Bulldogs, joining five-star running back recruit Zamir White and Justin Fields, the No. 1 overall recruit in the Class of 2018.
