The Oklahoma Sooners have dismissed wide receiver K.J. Young. An Oklahoma spokesperson confirmed the news of the redshirt sophomore’s dismissal to NewsOK.com.
Young was dismissed for violating unspecified team rules.
Last season, Young recorded 19 catches for 225 yards. He was fourth on the team in receptions.
Young was a three-star member of the 2013 Oklahoma recruiting class.
