Oklahoma linebacker Dominique Alexander took to Twitter today to announce his declaration for this year’s NFL Draft.

Alexander, a former three-star recruit from Tulsa, doesn’t have much size for his position at just six feet tall, 230 pounds, but plays with the power of a military tank. In three seasons with the Sooners, he has 292 tackles (18 for a loss) with four sacks, an interception and three forced fumbles.
Alexander will need a strong showing at next month’s NFL Scouting Combine to further cement himself as a top prospect in a draft class loaded with talent at linebacker, but he can easily be a strong run stopper on any team so long as he is given the chance and doesn’t dog it in front of scouts in Indianapolis.
