Mark Richt ended his 15-year tenure with the Georgia Bulldogs during the 2015 college football season and is now head coach of the Miami Hurricanes. However, that didn’t stop Richt from congratulating his former players on their win over Penn State in the TaxSlayer Bowl on Saturday.
Richt sent out a congratulatory message on Twitter, specifically aimed at the senior class which joins the impressive “40 win club.”
Congratulations to the Georgia Bulldog coaches and players! Great to see the senior class reach 40 wins! God Bless!

When Richt left Georgia, it was clear that many were upset with the decision and that they would miss the special bond with their head coach, so it was great to see Richt with a classy gesture as some of the youngsters finished their collegiate careers.
