One Alabama football fan was a little too excited for tonight’s game against LSU in Baton Roug and left the grounds crew with some extra work to do on Saturday morning. According to Marty Smith of ESPN, a couple of Crimson Tide fans from Maryland broke into Tigers stadium late Friday night and scratched the eye of the midfield logo.
As a result, the grounds crew had to bust out some paint for a quick patch up.

The fans responsible for defacing the midfield logo were reportedly arrested. This will just add some extra fuel to the fire ahead of the epic clash between No. 1 Alabama and No. 13 LSU.
Kickoff between the Crimson Tide and Tigers is set for 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
