The 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship is about to kickoff, meaning Lee Corso made his final headgear pick of the season.
ESPN College GameDay was on the scene for Monday night’s all-SEC title clash between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for a special edition of the top-rated college football pregame show.
Alabama entered the game as four-point favorites, with a majority of the money from sharps and the general public being placed on the Crimson Tide.
But when it came time for the College GameDay crew to make their picks, which way did they decide to roll?
Desmond Howard decided to roll with the Crimson Tide, while Georgia alum David Pollack predictably picked the Bulldogs to come away for the victory.
As for Lee Corso, he didn’t hesitate to join Howard in picking Alabama to bring home its fifth national championship under Nick Saban.
