National Championship 2018: Date, Start Time & Ticket Info

The 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship Game is set.
After the semifinals on New Year’s Day, the college football world is set for an all-SEC national championship game featuring the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs and No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide.
It is a matchup that many thought we would have seen in Atlanta a month ago in the SEC Championship, but both teams had suffered a loss to Auburn which derailed the possibility. After getting their seasons back on track, the Bulldogs and Crimson Tide will finally settle the score at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Georgia was the first of the two teams to punch their ticket to the big game, edging the No. 2 Oklahoma Sooners in a double-overtime thriller in the Rose Bowl. After blocking a field goal attempt in the second overtime, senior running back Sony Michel found the endzone for the walk-off score.
Alabama, meanwhile, steamrolled No. 1 Clemson in the Sugar Bowl. It was the third time in as many years that the two teams met in the College Football Playoff, with the Crimson Tide now holding a 2-1 advantage.
Who do you think will come away with the big win and hoist the national championship trophy in less than a week? Sound off in the comments section below with your thoughts and predictions.
