Joe Burrow has made his transfer decision and it is great news for the LSU football program. This week, the Ohio State Buckeyes transfer quarterback announced that he has decided to make the move to LSU. Burrow had officially visited with Cincinnati and LSU following the announcement of his pending transfer, and now he has confirmed his move to Baton Rouge.
As a graduate transfer, Burrow will be eligible to suit up for LSU immediately.
Excited to be playing in Death Valley next season. Ready to get to work.

Burrow will compete for the starting job with sophomore Myles Brennan, junior Justin McMillan, and redshirt freshman Lowell Narcisse. According to head coach Ed Orgeron, all of the quarterbacks are in the mix to win the No. 1 job.
While Burrow is the newest member of the Tigers roster, he has the most career passing attempts (39) out of the available signal-callers.
Whoever wins the starting job will be throwing into the fire in Week 1 when the Tigers travel to take on the Miami Hurricanes in primetime to open LSU’s 2018 campaign.
